That ear-killing, sanity-destroying sound of children whining, screaming, screeching and wailing for mom?

Brooke Burke-Charvet is quite familiar with it, thank you very much. She's married to actor David Charvet and is the mom of four: son Shaya and daughters Neriah, Heaven and Sierra.

"My mood buzz-kill is the sound of bickering children. Sometimes I'm like, can everyone just stop saying mom? I hear all of you at the same time. It's how my children prepared me for live television. I can hear everything," she says.

She's also an avid home cook, which spawned her latest venture, "Breaking Bread With Brooke Burke'," streaming on the Feeln network. It has her cooking with celeb guests including Carnie Wilson and Florence Henderson.

So we asked Burke-Charvet for her five most romantic, sexy, sensual meals. Sans offspring.

"Oh boy. No kids? Ohhhhh. Let me dream!" she says. "I'd go to Paris and eat caviar and drink champagne and have shots of vodka. But that's not realistic."

So let's keep it real, back at her home in Malibu.

Entree one: "I love a great grilled filet mignon with a béarnaise sauce and vegetables and a caesar salad."

Entree two: "I love tuna puttanesca pasta. That's pretty sexy."

Entree three: "Always candlelight. Always ambiance. Even with the kids, I set the table and I believe in flowers and ambiance, kids or no kids."

Entree four: "A late-night bowl of cereal is fun and sexy."

Entree five: "Finger foods are fun, too. Paninis and boards of cheese and salamis and prosciutto. Dates wrapped in prosciutto. That's really fun. Great wine."

Bon appetit!
