Charlize Theron is the gold standard in Hollywood.
And on Wednesday she proved just that when she turned heads at an Capitol Grand launch party event in Hong Kong in a skintight gold dress that was so form-fitting it almost looked painted on.
The 40-year-old actress poured her famous figure into the metallic number, which featured long sleeves and a thigh-high hemline. She polished off the super sexy style with wine-colored lipstick and black strappy sandals.
The stunning star definitely doesn't look her age, but she joked in an interview with W magazine earlier this year that getting older doesn't really bother her.
"I think, like many women, I was judgmental toward women as they aged. Women, in our society, are compartmentalized so that we start to feel like we're cut flowers and after a while we will wilt. I realize now that's not the case -- we can celebrate every age. That's my encouragement to 20-year-olds who are terrified of getting older: Don't have a nervous breakdown and don't hit the Chardonnay too hard. Getting older is not that bad."
If you look like Charlize in that liquid gold dress, getting older definitely isn't that bad.
