Halle Berry files for divorce from Olivier Martinez
Sad news for Halle Berry.
The 49-year-old actress has filed for divorce from her husband of two years, Olivier Martinez, TMZ originally reported.
"It is with a heavy heart that we have come to the decision to divorce," the couple said in a joint statement to People. "We move forward with love and respect for one another and the shared focus of what is best for our son."

Berry shares 2-year-old Maceo with Martinez. She was pregnant with him at the time of her wedding in July 2013.
Berry and Martinez began dating in 2010 while filming "Dark Tide" in South Africa and became engaged in 2012. People reported that the couple is remaining "amicable now" and Berry is "okay."
The news marks the third divorce for the "Monster's Ball" star, who previously split with ex-husbands David Justice in 1996 and Eric Benet in 2003. She was also in a long-term relationship with model Gabriel Aubrey, the father of her daughter Nahla, but the pair called it quits in 2010 after five years together.
