A product discovery and reviews website, Influenster, recently surveyed over 40,000 people across the nation, young and old, and learned which Halloween sweet treats each state prefers.

People in Alabama can't get enough of Airheads.

Alaskans can't go wrong passing out Snickers.

Arkansas' ghosts and goblins are best kept happy with Skittles.

Arizona is all about Toblerone.

If you'd like to save a Californian from a candy disaster, toss them some Life Savers.

Colorado residents prefer the gooiness of a Milky Way.

In Connecticut, Reese's Peanut Butter Cups are king.

Washington, D.C. knows that Twix are the treats that really rule.

Delaware prefers the light, airiness of a 3 Musketeers bar.

Florida favors the crispness of Crunch.

Georgia kicks it old school with Pixy Stix.

Hawaii finds beauty in the 100 Grand Bar.

Idaho deems Butterfinger to be most superior.

In Iowa, Twix is the winner.

Illinois is Snickers country.

Indiana would rather grab a handful of Reese's Pieces Peanut Butter Candy.

Kansas believes there's no treat like Twizzlers.

In Kentucky, Whoppers Malted Milk Balls were declared winners.

Louisiana is partial to Swedish Fish.

Maine likes the lively zing of Starburst.

People in Michigan chose M&M's.

Minnesota reaches for the 100 Grand Bar when the sweet tooth calls.

Both Mississippi and Missouri believe cravings are best satisfied by Hershey's Kisses.

Montana designates the KitKat as the bar for that job.

North Carolina loves a Butterfinger.

North Dakota prefers the intense taste bud experience provided by Sour Patch Kids.
