15-year-old shot, injured at South Carolina State Fair
COLUMBIA, S.C. (AP) — Authorities are investigating a shooting at the South Carolina State Fair that left a teenager injured.
Richland County sheriff's deputies tell local media outlets that a 15-year-old was taken to a hospital after he was shot Saturday night at the fair in Columbia.

Authorities have not identified the teen or released details of the shooting. Sheriff Leon Lott says the shooting was not gang-related.
Fair officials say they closed admission gates for the night after the shooting. The fair was scheduled to reopen at noon Sunday for the last day of its run.
Fair policy requires that all attendees under the age of 18 be accompanied by a parent after 6 p.m.
