Fall season won't be complete until you've tried this personal pear pies recipe
2 serious questions for you: Do you love pears and do you love pie? If the answer to both is YES, then have we got a special treat for you! While you've more than likely tried pear pie before (and loved it, duh) -- the chances of you ever indulging in a PERSONAL pear pie is probably slim to none.
That's right, we're talking about a pear pie all your own. Filled with a scrumptious brown sugar cinnamon mix, these little treats are perfect for any fall gathering.

Ready to get baking? Here's how you can make these yummy babies.

Ingredients:
Pears (of course)
1/2 cup of butter
1 cup of brown sugar
1/2 cup of walnuts
1 tsp cinnamon
A puff pastry
Egg wash
Gorgonzola
Steps:
Add walnuts, butter, brown sugar and cinnamon in a small pot until it boils, continue stirring
Cut pear in half and scoop out seed-filled middle portion
Cut puff pastry into thirds, then place over backside of pear
Cut shape of pear around pastry, taking off extra weight
Glaze egg wash over pastry side of pear
Insert tiny holes throughout pastry side
Bake 20 minutes on 200 degrees celsius/400 degrees celsius
Place gorgonzola and walnuts mixture inside empty middle portion of pear
Tip: Goes great served with ice cream! Enjoy.
