This adorable English bulldog puppy is very confused by a multitude of tiny water drops falling from the sky. The 13-week-old dog named Shelby was filmed while trying to figure out rain for the first time. You can see the dog, who is still learning about the world, react to the rain drops falling on her head and all around her.
