Kim Kardashian turns 35 on Wednesday. She's pregnant with a baby boy, and is the mom of daughter North, 2.

Grimy playgrounds and grotty parks are fine for most kids. North, on the other hand, hangs with Givenchy's Riccardo Tisci, wears Balmain, and flies private.
