The Duchess of Cambridge attended her first state banquet this evening, and she looked completely dazzling, to say the least.

The royal mother of two wore a bespoke red gown by one of her favorite British designers, Jenny Packham, and donned a sparkling tiara for only the third time. The Duchess paired the Lotus Flower tiara with diamond chandelier earrings and two diamond bracelets, looking more magnificent than ever.

The Jenny Packham gown appears to have sequin detailing and intricate stitching, with a flowing pleated skirt. Kate wore her hair in a low chignon, the perfect way to show off the work of art that was her gown.

The event was held at Buckingham Palace in honor of the Chinese President Xi Jinping.

The only other two times the Duchess has worn a tiara was on her wedding day as she married Prince William, and then for a Diplomatic Reception in 2013. Kate also chose the Lotus Flower tiara in 2013, and once belonging to the Queen Mother and Princess Margaret, it was loaned to Kate for the evening by the Queen. Her dazzling bracelets are also from the Queen's vault of incredible jewels.
