Clean eating has seen a boom in popularity in recent years, and with the rise in concern over the ingredients we're putting in our bodies and where they're coming from, we've seen more and more fast casual restaurants specializing in salads popping up. From brands like Chop't to Fresh and Co. showing up on corners throughout New York City, healthy options abound when city dwellers pop outside for a lunch break.
