Neighbors mistake dead body for Halloween decoration
It sounds like something out of a horror movie.
What neighbors in Ohio thought was a Halloween prank took a disturbing turn when they realized the tragic truth.
WKRC reports that construction workers called police when they discovered that a body found hanging off a fence was not a decoration for Halloween, but an actual woman.
The woman's body was found, badly beaten. She was dangling from a sleeve, which was caught on the fence in Chillicothe, Ohio.
Neighbor Chrissy Young told WCMH that not only is this a horrible sight, but it is something she now has to explain to her children.

Tammy Dixon explained WKRC how terrifying it was to witness.

Police have not revealed the name of the victim. Neighbors told WKRC that she was so badly beaten that her face was unrecognizable.
Cops arrested Donnie Coucenoour Junior late Tuesday night and charged him with the brutal murder. The investigation is still ongoing and police said they will update with new information as it arises.
In another state, the opposite occurred when a Halloween decoration of a dead body was so realistic that it prompted calls to police:
