Fall is finally here, and doesn't it just give you a warm and fuzzy feeling inside?! Between pumpkin spice lattes, the leaves changing colors, and perfect desserts it's difficult to not be enamored with autumn.

To add some simple fall cheer to your home, apartment, or work desk, we've got a wonderful DIY project for you -- a candle holder! What's more welcoming in the chilly fall weather than candle lighting? Just about nothing!

Ingredients:

  • Tissue paper

  • Sponge brush

  • Modge podge

  • candle holder

Steps:

  • Paint a thin layer of glue on the outside of the candle holder

  • Apply the fall-colored tissue paper to the outside in an overlapping pattern

  • Repeat those steps until you've covered the circumference of the holder

  • Let it dry

  • Add a candle

  • Voilá! Fall is finally here
