On Tuesday, Rebecca Minkoff gave AOL viewers the exclusive opportunity to view her latest Athleisure collection -- a line inspired to elevate gym style for the everyday woman. Styles ranged from intricate sports bras to graphic sweatshirts and everything in between.

To conceptualize the complete style, Rebecca Minkoff teamed up with Viviana Martin from Kevin Aucoin Beauty and nail artist Julie Kandalec to create edgy, but still ethereal beauty looks.

Since Rebecca Minkoff is Essie's Global Color Director, it's no surprise that intricate nail designs were made by using the namesake polish. The key focus was placed on dark geometric shapes and patterns. As Kandalec explains, the color palette utilized black, white, and accents of silver for the tip of the nails. Kandalec also gave us the low-down on how to recreate the design in the comfort of your own home. First, paint your polish on a piece of plastic -- a cut out from a staple sandwich bag works -- and after about an hour once it's dried, cut it into the graphic shape you want, apply it, and finish with a top coat.

In contrast with the darker colors, makeup was kept light and natural.

Vivana Martin from Kevyn Aucoin Beauty kept skin looking dewy and fresh, as if models had just stepped out of the gym. Radiance was a vital component and the simple hack to getting the signature post-workout glow -- sans the workout -- all boiled down to the right products. The addition of Kevyn Aucoin's Celestial skin liquid lighting highlighter became proof that even the smallest touches of natural-looking makeup can do wonders.

If you want to step up your casual beauty regime to new, runway-ready heights, recreate Rebecca Minkoff's beauty looks with these 5 simple steps.

Kevyn Aucoin The Celestial Skin Liquid Lightining, $52; Kevyn Aucoin The Celestial Powder, $44; NARS Brow Gel, $23; Benefit Cosmetics Lengthening & Volumizing Mascara, $24; tarte LipSurgence Matte Lip Tint, $24. All products are available at Sephora.com.

1. In small amounts, use the Celestial skin liquid lighting highlighter all over the face on top of moisturized skin for extra shimmer.

2. Using the Celestial Powder, highlight cheekbones for an overall ethereal glow.

3. Take a small amount of brow gel and follow your natural arch for a bold but not overdone brow.

4. With a volumizing mascara, swipe a quick coat onto top eyelashes to bring out the eyes.

5. Finish off the look with a matte, nude lip.
