What do we want? Gorgeous lashes! When do we want them? NOW. Ah, the constant mental chant we say in our heads each time we apply mascara onto our dreary eyelashes. Yes, sadly it's true that unless your eyelash genes are on point or you wear falsies on a daily basis, you're probably not 100 percent satisfied with them. Not to worry, many of us aren't. You've more than likely bought tons of different mascaras, tried extensions and who know's what else to get them where you want them to be!

But what if we were to tell you there are actually eyelash hacks to make your life (and beauty routine) easier? Well, there are and we've got them for you! These lash hacks will not only help your eyelashes look flawless, but they'll completely change the way you do your makeup. Check them out below!

1. Bend the brush of the wand so it's easy to maneuver.

2. Wipe off excess mascara to prevent clumps.

3. Keep your lashes curled longer by wiggling the brush back and forth at the base of your lashes.

4. Layer waterproof mascara on top of your regular formula to make your mascara last longer.

5. Coat both sides of your lashes to thicken them.

6. Hold the brush at a horizontal angle for thick lashes and turn it vertically for a natural finish.

7. Soak your mascara tube in hot water to make the formula smooth instead of clumpy

8. Hold a spoon underneath your eye when applying mascara on your lower lashes to avoid marks.
