'Real Housewives of New York City' Star Jill Zain Injured in Car Crash


The Real Housewives of New York City star Jill Zarin was reportedly involved in a car accident in New York City on Friday.

Lisa Wexler, the 51-year-old reality star's sister and a talk radio host for WGCH AM, tweeted the news.

"My beautifyl sis @Jillzarin TODAY at 5:30, thk G-d OK after car crash on FDR," Wexler wrote.

Sources close to Zarin reportedly told RadarOnline.com that the collision happened Friday at 1 p.m. ET, referring to it as "a major accident." Zarin was reportedly unconscious after the accident and taken to a hospital, but has since been released.

At the time of the accident, Zarin was apparently on her way to promote her SYFY thriller, Night of the Wild, premiering on the cable network this Saturday.
