You won't believe what Matthew McConaughey's brother named his newborn son

Everything's bigger in Texas...even brand loyalty.

Matthew McConaughey isn't the only one in the family with name recognition. His brother is also attracting attention for naming his newborn son after his favorite beer brand.

That's right, Matthew's older brother, Mike "Rooster" McConaughey, named his son Miller Lyte. According to TMZ, Rooster is such a superfan of the brew that it's worthy of being his son's namesake.

When Miller Lite heard about Rooster's new addition to the family, the company congratulated the new dad by shipping him a year's supply of beer. It may not last long, though. The company shipped McConaughey 26 cases, which turns out to only be roughly 1.5 beers a day.

Not that Rooster needs the free merch. The older brother to movie star Matthew McConaughey is actually a self-made millionaire who made his money from the oil business.

Rooster also stars on the reality show "West Texas Investors Club." The CNBC series follows McConaughey and Wayne "Butch" Gilliam meeting with different entrepreneurs, hearing pitches and offering funding to various projects.
