Pope Francis's U.S. tour continues in New York City, as the "people's Pope" parades through Central Park.

On Friday, starting at 5 p.m., Pope Francis began his motorcade parade through the park to meet and greet the luckiest "humans of New York." The Central Park Papal Procession took place on Central Park's West Drive, between 60th and 72nd Street.

Early Friday morning, the NYPD secured the last of the metal fencing around the park to keep the eighty-thousand people with tickets "in" and the rest "out."

Among the list of prohibited items allowed into Central Park were selfie sticks, backpacks, and even blankets.
