Pope Francis' schedule for his US visit

At roughly 4 p.m. Tuesday, Pope Francis will be touching down at Joint Base Andrews in Maryland on the outskirts of the nation's capital to begin his weeklong tour of three East Coast cities. Those in the immediate vicinities of Washington, New York City and Philadelphia will have ample opportunities to catch the People's Pope at a number of different venues, including at the National Mall and Central Park.

That said, if you're a local in any of these three cities, there's reason to feel uneasy. That's because traffic and major street closures are expected on days the pope is in town.
