Michael Kors explains the inspiration behind his spring collection

When we asked Michael Kors about Fashion Week, he told us that though time flies and they just presented menswear in July, excitement never dies down. "I'm always excited to present a new collection," he said.

"

This season we really wanted to play around with the juxtaposition, the yin and yang so to speak. So I kept thinking, how do you be elegant but also be earthy? We played around with thinking about women who are creative and strong, but still very feminine."
