Now trending at NYFW: white is the new black

Whoever said wearing white after Labor Day is a fashion faux-pas clearly isn't up to snuff on the biggest street style trend this season. Take note from some of fashion's most elite style stars who are dominating the NYFW streets. Their monochromatic ensembles look anything but basic.

The trick is to find pieces with added flare. Structural detailing, asymmetrical cuts, and even lace embroidery is a fool-proof way to incorporate the look into your daily wardrobe.

The trend might seem daunting at first -- the hue isn't ideal for avoiding stains. But the end outfit seems completely worth it.

To get your sartorial search started, we've rounded up all-white outfits that will have you looking ultra-cool come Fall. What could be better?
