Your feet could be the secret to a good night's sleep

The New Cure for Sleepless Nights

We've all had restless nights in bed, and it turns out, this may be due to your body temperature being a little too high. The best trick is an extremely simple one: Keep one or two feet out from under the covers. Your feet are remarkably good at pushing heat away from the body, and since we sleep at a cooler temperature than when we are awake, this can get you to the perfect body temperature so you can have sweet dreams easily.
