Happy Birthday, Usain Bolt! The Olympian sprinter turns 29 today

There's only one person able to call himself the fastest man in the world. That man is Jamaican sprinter Usain Bolt, who turns 29 years old today.

The Olympian currently holds records in the 100-meter and 200-meter dashes and owns six Olympic golds. He's been clocked at an average speed of around 23 miles per hour with a top speed nearing 28 miles per hour.

Bolt will be competing in the 2016 Rio games, but it will be his final appearance as an Olympian. Bolt will retire after the 2017 World Championships in London.
