This 'Sky Pool' In London Is Awesome And Terrifying

London developer Ballymore Group just unveiled the most mind-blowing swimming pool ever. We all love rooftop pools because we get prime sun exposure in addition to awe-inspiring views. Baltimore Group decided to bump up their rooftop game by designing the world's first "sky pool" in London.

The pool is 90 feet long and 10 feet deep. It's a completely transparent glass-encased swimming pool suspended 10 stories in the air. The pool will rest between two different apartment buildings at Embassy Gardens in south-west London.

Now we can indulge our rebellious sides, take in glorious views, and enjoy a refreshing swim all at once. While the pool may seem unsafe, the Verge reports that the reinforced glass will be 8 inches thick and that aquarium designers will assist in the project. According to the listing from on Homes and Property:

"It will be for the private use of residents, who will be able to swim from one building to the next and enjoy a dramatic vista of the Palace of Westminster and the London Eye. The linked sky deck at the top of the two buildings will have a summer bar and sun loungers, a spa and orangery."

Better start saving up for one of the Embassy Gardens apartments! Or you can just befriend the residents and hope for an invite. Good luck!
