While women's health is a common topic to dive into and debunk, men's health is often looked over more than it should be. There are tons of men's health myths that are constantly believed on a daily basis by men looking to stay fit, healthy and well. Unfortunately for them, it's hard to actually decipher what's false and what's reality.

1) Men can't get breast cancer
The sad truth is, men CAN in fact get breast cancer. It's so rare however, that it affects 1 in 100 men.

Eating meat thats been extremely heated is a risk factor for cancer for anyone -- man or woman.

How many times have you heard this one, fellas? Well guess what, you don't gain anything from pain except a higher risk of harming yourself.

4) Constant shaving makes your beard thicker
The thickness of your hair isn't determined by how much you trim it, it's actually determined by the size and shape of your hair follicle.

5) Wearing a hat or blow drying your hair causes baldness
Men lose their hair for genetic reasons or other serious changes. Hats and blow dryers have nothing to do with it!
