Helen Hunt rocks a stunning bikini bod -- and surfs like a pro -- at 52!

Helen Hunt looked hot hanging ten in Hawaii on Tuesday.

The 52-year-old Twister star showed off her super fit physique while catching some waves in Maui, and ET has the exclusive photos.

A source told ET that Hunt, who has a house in Lahaina, Hawaii, surfs almost every day and has been working hard to up her game -- even hitting the beach as early as 6am to catch the best waves.

And she looks just as fit outside the wetsuit. The former Mad About You star showed off her abs in cut-off denim shorts and a brown bikini top in the beach parking lot after her day in the blue Hawaiian water.

It's no surprise that Hunt manages to stay fit! Surfing is a full-body sport, but it isn't just riding a board that keeps her healthy.

An eyewitness told ET that Hunt makes sure to keep her diet on point as well, often eating at Maui's Choice Health Bar where she treats herself to meals like kale salad and acai bowls.

She also makes sure to enjoy the Lahaina scenery, going on runs in the morning when she isn't busy in with her longboard.
