'The View': Presidential Candidates Jeb & Hillary Show Their Lighter Side


According to the National Day Calendar, this is a day that was created to celebrate the sense of humor in our presidents and for the president of the United States to tell a joke or two. National Presidential Joke Day,an "unofficial" national holiday, which is celebrated annually, began on August 11, 1984 when President Ronald Reagan was doing a microphone test and made a joke not realizing that the microphone was on.
