34-year-old man arrested for giving 4-year-old boy wet willy

Michael Migani -- a 34-year-old man living in Connecticut -- was arrested for allegedly giving a 4-year-old child a "wet willy without permission."

The Shelton Police Department in Connecticut says that the man approached a mother and her son in a local business' waiting room. He then stuck his finger in his mouth and placed it in the young boy's ear.

Even though the mother and several other people at the business tried to confront Migani, he got into his car and drove away.

The police later stopped him and arrested him. He was charged with second-degree reckless endangerment and second-degree breach of peace.

While Migani has not entered a plea, he was released on a $500 bond, and he is scheduled to appear in court on August 18.
