Man buys $52 million home without even seeing it

Updated

Chau Chak Wing -- a Chinese developer and billionaire -- bought a mansion in Australia without even visiting it first.

The $52 million home has six stories and it is the most expensive home ever sold in Australia.

It took three years to build, and it was initially the home of James Packer, an Australian businessman. While it was intended to be a family home for Packer and his wife, Erica, there was a change in plans when Parker filed for divorce. The home remained vacant for two years.

Chau told Domain that even though his family already has a home in Sydney, Australia, he wanted something "a little bigger" to accommodate his growing family.

We think this should be big enough. Don't you?
