Meet Doodlebug, the orphaned baby kangaroo that will make you say "awwww."

This 15-month-old kangaroo was found abandoned in New South Wales, Australia. Because he was too young to take care of himself, WIRES swooped in to help this little cutie.

WIRES is Australia's largest wildlife rescue organization, which rehabilitates and preserves the wildlife, until they are healthy enough to return to the wild.

Gillian Abbott, WIRES member and licensed caregiver, has been nursing Doodlebug back to health and gradually returning him to the wild. Abbott's son, Timothy Beshara tweeted the photo of Doodlebug that went completely viral.
