The Weeknd to perform 'Can't Feel My Face' at 2015 VMAs
The Weeknd will perform at the 2015 Video Music Awards later this month. He'll sing his single "Can't Feel My Face," his first televised performance of the hit.

The announcement was made by Tom Cruise, of all people, who apparently runs a Weeknd fan club when he isn't starring in Mission Impossible movies. Cruise, of course, lip-synced to the tune during a Tonight Show appearance last week.

The MTV Video Music Awards, hosted by Miley Cyrus, will air live Sunday, Aug. 30, at 9 p.m. ET.
