Justin Bieber is apologizing to fans for canceling his Fusion Festival performance benefiting the Prince's Trust later this month, writing on Twitter, "UK beliebers I'm going to make this up to you soon."

In a long message on the social-networking site, the Biebs notes, in part, that he "looks forward to the opportunity to give my U.K. beliebers a great show in the future."
