It's National Cheesecake Day! We didn't want to celebrate with a boring, regular cheesecake, so we're bringing you three offbeat recipes that are sure to pique your culinary interest!

No. 1: Slow Cooker PBJ Cheesecake

This clever peanut butter and jelly-flavored cheesecake is hard to mess up, because it's cooked entirely in a slow cooker! PBJ in a slow cooker?! 'Nuff said.

No. 2: Potato and Salami Cheesecake

Mario Batali's savory cheesecake has our mouths watering just thinking about it. Eggs are combined with milk, ricotta, Parmigiano Reggiano, and Asiago cheeses, salami, parsley, and potatoes and paired with a toasted breadcrumb crust. Best of all: You can find all of the ingredients at your local farmers' market. Delicious AND convenient -- what's not to love?!

No. 3: Carla Hall's Slow-Cooker Pumpkin Swirl Cheesecake

This pumpkin-flavored cheesecake (also cooked in a slow cooker) would be great for fall, but really, is it so wrong to love pumpkin year-round? This delish dessert features all the flavors of pumpkin pie, but with the addition of a chocolate-y crust.
