Gwen Stefani goes full cowgirl on Montana vacation

Gwen Stefani knows how to rough it!

The 45-year-old singer headed out to the great outdoors of Montana this weekend for a little rest and relaxation with her family. On Sunday, the "Baby Don't Lie" singer posted a sweet snap of herself holding her son, Apollo Bowie Flynn, 15 months, and wearing a cowgirl hat.

It was a rare glimpse of Stefani's son, who hasn't made many public appearances since his arrival -- and from the looks of it, he's the spitting image of his A-list mom. Both mom and baby have the same platinum blonde locks and know how to rock a serious pout for the cameras.

As for Stefani's style, it was definitely a departure from her typical cool-girl looks, but the fashion designer managed to pull off her straw hat and plaid shirt with ease. Shortly after, she shared a video where she was galloping through the woods on horseback with a pal. She titled the snap, "Montana, so beautiful." Clearly, her cowgirl look was both functional and fashionable.

Based on her posts, it looks like Stefani is officially a fan of her outdoorsy vacation. She captioned one of her photos, "Never want to leave."
