Ed Sheeran helps fellow musician execute the ultimate surprise proposal
Saturday night was anything but a typical show for musical star Ed Sheeran.
The pop singer not only played his first ever performance at Croke Park, teaming up with Dublin rockers Kodaline, but he had to pull out all the stops for one special surprise.
The task: help Kodaline's bassist Jason Boland propose to his girlfriend Etaoin Corr.
Of course, if there's anyone up to the job, it is Sheeran. Just last week he helped Jacke Roche perform to his singer girlfriend, Jesy Nelson in a Manchester Area.
Leading up to the concert, Sheeran teased fans that he had "something planned tonight you won't expect."
Although rumors went around that Christy Moore would join Ed on stage, it was in fact an ever bigger and better surprised than fans could have imagined.
After joining Sheeran on stage for a set, Kodaline's Boland stormed the stage and proposed to his girlfriend in front of thousands.
Congratulations to the newly engaged couple! Absolutely amazing! 2 down 2 to go #Jayton@JayKodaline@EtaoinCorrpic.twitter.com/9NaZ1tWbik

And of course, she said yes.
