John Stamos continues his post-rehab comeback on the set of 'Fuller House'

John Stamos returned to social media Friday with a widely-circulated tweet in which he said he was "healthy" again and "grateful" for all the love and support from fans, family, and friends.



Stamos had previously entered rehab to take care of a substance abuse problem.

He continued his roaring return to social media on Instagram today with a photo from the set of the upcoming "Full House" reboot, "Fuller House."

"Same sideburns - different decade," he captioned the picture.
