5 great workouts that are perfect for the couch potato in all of us
We all know how tough it can be to balance your work life and your home life while still finding the time to fit in a workout. For most adults, this is one of the most common struggles when it comes to working out -- we just never seem to have enough of time.
Because of this, after getting home from a long day at work, we often resort to plopping right down on the couch, turning on the television and let's face it -- not getting up until it's time for bed. So, how can we stay active while still somehow maintaining our couch potato ways?
