Greyston Bakery, the brownie artisans behind Ben & Jerrys and Whole Foods, is changing the world through their open employment policy.

This New York based bakery offers employment to anyone who wants to work, all they have do is sign up and wait for an opening. This allows people who would have before been deemed unemployable to turn their life around and make an honest living.
