Things Heat Up In 'Chicago Fire'

Vampire Diaries alum Steven R. McQueen has lined up a hot new gig -- literally.

The actor has landed a recurring role on Chicago Fire, The Hollywood Reporter has learned.

McQueen will play Jimmy Borelli, a new candidate at Firehouse 51 in the upcoming fourth season. Borelli makes a dramatic entrance on his first day at work that doesn't sit well with Chief Boden (Eamonn Walker).
