It's National Junk Food Day -- so forget about the diet today and give in to whatever's calling your name: chips, desserts, chocolate, pizza, ice cream -- or all of it!

Every July 21st, it's officially National Junk Food Day and we get an opportunity to guiltlessly eat our favorite junk food.

This day was most likely created by a diet conscious individual or group who desired to eat junk food, without guilt, at least one day a year.
