Lay's Reveals 4 New Flavor Finalists



If you aren't doing much traveling this summer, don't worry because Lay's has got you covered with their 2015 'Do Us A Flavor' Potato Chip Contest finalists.

The finalists include: New York Reuben by Pennsylvanian Jeff Solensky, Wavy West Coast Truffle Fries by Angie Fu of California, Kettle Cooked Greektown Gyro by Texas-based James Wagner, and Southern Biscuits and Gravy by Indiana travel agent Hailie Green.

Fans can go to the 'Do Us a Flavor' website to submit their vote. They can also do so via Twitter and Instagram using the hashtags #VoteTruffleFries, #VoteBiscuits, #VoteReuben or #VoteGyro. Fans can also text "VoteTruffleFries," "VoteBiscuits," "VoteReuben" or "VoteGyro" to 24477 (CHIPS) to vote for their favorite. Voting starts in a week and Frito-Lay is rewarding the winner with $1 million.

There were millions of submissions, Frito-Lay reps announced and the four finalists each get a minimum of $50,000 for making it this far. The winning flavor will make it to store shelves shortly after it's picked. Past winners include Cheesy Garlic Bread and Kettle Cooked Wasabi Ginger.
