Bobby Flay, Stephanie March settle bitter divorce

The timer has officially gone off for Food Network star Bobby Flay and SVU actress Stephanie March. The couple filed for divorce in April and since then it hasn't been pretty.

The duo squabbled over the prenup - which according to TMZ - only provided the actress with $5,000 a month in spousal support. March's attorneys argued their client was entitled to more because her refined palate helped her former hubby create delectable menus at his restaurants like Bar Americain in NYC.

Oh and there was that time an airplane with a banner that read "cheater" flew over Bobby's Walk Of Fame ceremony.

Now the ugly divorce is settled. A source tells TMZ that Stephanie ended up making out on the deal in the end because Flay was avoiding a trial and "didn't want a plane flying over the courthouse.

The pair can finally go their separate ways but not without doing one last thing as a couple: releasing a statement to the press. The former Mr. and Mrs. Flay tell People, "We have come to an amicable divorce settlement. We look forward to putting this difficult time behind us, and we ask that you respect our privacy as we move forward."
