Poh the dog's owners are taking him on one last walk.

Back in February, the 15-year-old dog went in for a routine check up and was diagnosed with several health problems including tumors.

Owner Thomas Neil Rodriguez and fiancée decided to make his last few months the best possible, so on March 6, the three took off on a sort of "bucket list" road trip.

"Poh's bringing us along on his adventure," Thomas Neil Rodriguez told WFTS.

"The reason why we've done all this is to create memories that we can focus on so we can focus on the life instead of the death," Rodriguez said.

He's keeping up an Instagram page titled "Poh the Dog's Big Adventure" to let others keep up with their travels. So far, the page has garnered more than 112,000 followers.

According to his veterinarian, Poh still has a bit longer to live, so Rodriguez is hoping to continue their road trip. This time, they're heading to the Midwest.
