The 21-year-old pop sensation posted a vintage photo of Kelly Ripa to his Instagram with the caption "Wow Kelly makes me feel some type of way 😍😍 no disrespect I know she's married! #bigcrush"
Kelly Ripa addressed Bieber's confession on "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" on Wednesday. The star joked, "Justin, I love you ... I do believe this is a cry for help."
