Hack a Cockroach With Your Phone

There is an app for everything. Even for controlling you personal cyborg cockroach.

Backyard Brains crowdfunded their app RoboRoach that allows you to electrify the nerves in a cockroach's antennae, therefore tricking the bug into thinking it has encountered an obstacle and make it change direction.

The effect works for about 6-10 turns until the insect's brain learns to ignore the electric stimuli, though you just need to wait for 20 minutes and you can start over.
