Ringo Starr turns 75 years old
The former drummer of the Beatles, Ringo Starr, turns 75 years old today!
Known professionally as Ringo Starr, Richard Starkey was born on July 7, 1940 in Liverpool. To this day, Ringo is still playing live shows, and he's touring the United States this summer.
Ringo Starr has been in the news recently because a new biography just came out, detailing his life and days as the drummer of the world's most famous band. 'Ringo: With a Little Help,' was released on June 1, 2015.
Back in April, Ringo Starr did a revealing interview for Rolling Stone, talking in depth about his life, his wife, his routines before shows, and everything in between.
