CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, VA. — A Richmond woman said it was her love of country that made her $150,000 richer. Marcelle Cox bought a Red, White and Blue scratch-off ticket at a 7-Eleven on Harrowgate Road on July 4th, because of its patriotic name. When she scratched the ticket, she found out it was a winner.

Cox said she planned on using the money to help her family and friends.
