Amanda Bisk spreads the Yoga love one Insta at a time
Amanda Bisk is strong, confident, and unstoppable. Thanks to her fitness-inspired Instagram handle, we can be too! The fitness guru and former Australian pole vaulter has compiled one of the biggest collections of exercises on the Internet.
While her website provides tips about fitness, training, Yoga, and healthy eating, her Instagram page provides the visual inspiration. The social media superstar has 344,000 Instagram followers to date. What makes her success so shocking is that the Yogi only began taking up Yoga four years ago!
While training to pole vault in the 2012 London games, Bisk was diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. She was so exhausted that she could only work out half as much as her teammates. She eventually gave up her Olympic goals to enable her body to heal.
Bisk didn't give up her physical lifestyle, though. She now gains her fame and figure by posting awe-inspiring pictures to Instagram of herself doing insane Yoga poses. In an interview with Women's Health Magazine, Bisk said that she began posting her Yoga pictures on Instagram in 2012. She said:
