Bobbi Kristina Moved to Hospice; 'She Is in God's Hands Now'



ATLANTA (AP) -- Police in the Atlanta suburb of Roswell say they've turned over their investigative file on Bobbi Kristina Brown to the district attorney, who will determine whether any charges will be filed.

The 22-year-old Brown was found face-down and unresponsive in a bathtub in her Roswell home Jan. 31.

Fulton County District Attorney Paul Howard said Thursday in a statement to The Associated Press that his office will be "reviewing the case with greater interest" in light of new circumstances regarding her health.

Brown, the daughter of Whitney Houston, was recently moved into hospice care after months in the hospital. In a statement Wednesday, her aunt Pat Houston said that her condition has worsened.

Howard said an announcement on charges, if any, would be made at "the appropriate time."
