If you've ever dreamt of making a career out of traveling the world, trust us when we say you're not alone. After all, who doesn't wish they could get paid to adventure and explore every single day?

Although most of us typically lead average lives with traditional jobs, there are a handful of people who have taken their passions to a whole new level in their career. That's right, we're talking about travel photographers! Whether they're venturing through India for a photoshoot, or heading to the Maldives for a wedding, one thing's for sure -- they're living out all our career travel dreams and we can't help being a little jealous.

My time at this hotel (a restored palace) was painfully short since both days were so full of work and tours with guests that I can't say I even really saw the hotel in the light of day; except rushing from breakfast to meet the group on our first morning, when I captured this. It's just a simple walkway to their lovely outdoor cafe where you can sit and eat right next to the Bosphorus, watching boats go by, admiring the restored palaces on the water, seeing seagulls dip and dive on the wind.... Sometime I'd like to come back to Istanbul in warmer weather, not for work, so that I can enjoy a meal in that cafe, wind blowing my hair, coffee slowly savored, and visions of the past in this great city, swirling through my imagination. Istanbul is the kind of destination that engages all of the senses and I'm so glad it, and @fsbosphorus, were a stop on our @fourseasons Around the World adventure. #ExperienceFS

Sunrise in the Badlands of South Dakota. The weather in the morning was not looking promising. Clouds filled the sky and it looked like our morning was not going to pan out as planned. Then as we rounded the front side of Doors and Windows we saw hope. A small band of sky right at the horizon line turned out to be the perfect "window" for the rising sun. As I shot the hills around me I turned and saw @brandoneckroth against the rising sun. A perfect shot! A huge thanks to Brandon for hanging in there and being our model that morning. I think it was worth it :) #thegreat8 @southdakota
