'Celebrity Family Feud' Kicks Off With the Weirdest Question

Sunday night marked the premiere of "Celebrity Family Feud" on ABC -- and things got pretty weird right from the start.

"Name something a nude magician might pull a rabbit out of," said Steve Harvey on "Celebrity Family Feud."

Yeah, that really was the first survey question of the night. Cue the groaning and face palming.

Uproxx couldn't believe host Steve Harvey went there with that question. "Come on, seriously? Stop it Family Feud, stop it right now. That doesn't even make sense."

But CarterMatt was clearly a big fan of the new "Feud." "It's fun, lighthearted summer entertainment that adds a different component to the original show."

It's safe to say that's what Steve was going for here. He told Fox News he knows what viewers want to see, and he's delivering.

"I thought that if a person said an answer that was so ridiculous, I knew that the people at home behind that camera had to be going, 'What did they just say?' The fact that I recognize that, that's comedic genius to me," Harvey said.

It's no wonder Steve has been able to save the "Family Feud" franchise from cancellation multiple times. You can catch new episodes of the celebrity edition Sundays on ABC.
